"No problem." I said. And about one hundred drafts later here it is!

I wanted to say so much, but I'm not a writer. I asked others in the office for help, but they said the same. What I really want to say is that we are 'Travel Agents'. Our business is to make travel arrangements on behalf of our clients, and we do it pretty well. So when developing our new website I didn't want to give our customers a faceless transaction website. How can you express what you want from your holiday to a machine? Which websites offer the best deals? And who’s writing those holiday reviews?

We all like the internet. It gives us access to the information at the click of a button, but it lacks something when dealing with the travel industry .....experience!

There are many internet sites run by travel agencies. Booking online is easy and convenient, but it is also a bit of a struggle finding factual details of a resort or the surrounding area. For that, you need knowledge and experience of travel. We know what a place is like because our clients tell us, so when we search for your perfect holiday we can pass this knowledge onto you.

We pride ourselves on building a lasting relationship with our clients. So with that in mind we developed our website to provide you with the information to help you plan the type of holiday you want, and not simply tell and sell. At the top of this page is our address and telephone number. It's there because we want you to know where we are and how we can be contacted. It should not be a struggle to find such information. On our website we hope to inspire you into the holiday feeling, then together we will try and find that perfect holiday experience.
